1. Who processes your data

This website is owned by sole proprietor M. K. Koltakova (Koltakova Studio, hereinafter “the studio”). The studio is responsible for processing the personal data you leave on the website in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”

2. What data we collect

Only what you enter yourself in the request form:

• your name
• contact details: phone number, Telegram or email
• the type of project you're interested in

We don't ask for passport details, bank card details or any other sensitive information

3. Why we need this data

• to contact you and reply to your request
• to discuss your project and prepare a proposal and quote
• to provide services if we agree to work together

We don't send newsletters or advertising without your separate consent

4. Legal basis

You consent to data processing when you submit the form on the website. You can withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us

5. Who receives the data

We don't sell or transfer your data to third parties for their own purposes. Data may be stored in services the studio uses for communication and work: messengers, email and cloud documents. Government authorities may receive information only in cases expressly provided by law

6. How long data is kept

As long as needed to communicate with you and fulfil our agreements, but no longer than three years after the last contact. After that the data is deleted

7. Cookies and analytics

The website may use technical cookies required for it to work and analytics services to understand how visitors use the website. This data is anonymised. You can turn off cookies in your browser settings

8. Your rights

You have the right to:

• find out what data of yours is stored
• correct or update it
• request deletion of your data
• withdraw your consent to processing
• contact the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights

To exercise these rights, write to us or call, and we'll respond within 30 days

We take reasonable measures to protect your data from loss, unauthorised access or alteration, and give access to it only to those who need it to work on your request
